Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
For hygiene reasons, we don’t allow clients to use their own products unless previously agreed.
Travel fees may apply for mobile services.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
The deposit is deducted from your final balance.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7+ days before your appointment: no extra charges (deposit remains non-refundable).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling within 72 hours requires a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion.
